Jack's big leap from college to stateside politics
Jack MacGregor from Norton is one of only nine students to be offered a place on the politics and parliamentary studies course at Leeds University. The course is unique because it offers students the chance to spend six months in Washington DC and six months working with a British MP.
Jack is studying A-levels in politics, law and business studies. He has been closely following the current American election and knows who he wants to win. "Barack Obama is going to win", he says.
Jack believes the course will help him be a step ahead in the political world. "It will be a great experience and something I can learn a lot from".
