BTEC Public Services - Level 2 Extended Certificate

Equivalent to two GCSEs, this one year course is made up of a series of assignments which result in a final grade of Pass, Merit or Distinction.  It is ideal for students who prefer a more vocational approach to their studies with continuous assessment rather than examinations.

Three units must be completed to successfully gain the full Extended Certificate:

• Unit One: Public Service Skills
• Unit Two: Improving Health & Fitness for Entry to the Uniformed Public Services
• Unit Three: Sport & Recreation in the Public Services

This course is ideal for moving on to A levels; BTEC Diploma in Sport & Exercise Sciences; Public Services Employment; Forces.
