The college has invested substantially in ensuring students have the best possible teaching and learning environment and, as such, the college building has received a £6m refurbishment in recent years.
Our state-of-the-art facilities allow students to benefit from:
- Modern laboratories for Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Innovative IT suites with WiFi-connectivity, interactive whiteboards and classroom voting systems
- A £1m refurbishment to the college’s Learning Resource Centre, now double the size of the former library space, boasting increased IT capabilities and additional break-out rooms where students can read quietly or study for exams
- New areas for pastoral care, careers guidance and study support
- A complete overhaul to areas for Art and Textiles and new facilities for Media and Film Studies, including green screen technology
- Refurbished workshops and modern equipment for Design Technology and Graphic Communication
- A vibrant new dining area and common room where students can eat, socialise and study outside of their lessons
- An exceptional new 3G pitch sports facility built in partnership with Stockton Town Football Club.
