At Prior Pursglove and Stockton Sixth Form College, we are extremely committed to providing effective support for our students’ mental health and well-being to ensure they get the most out of their time here and beyond.
We understand that there are times when a young person may experience problems, feel under pressure, and find it hard to cope. Our therapeutic counsellors can offer support, understanding, and will listen and respond in a non-judgmental way. Ultimately, they will respect students’ values, choices and lifestyles as they work with them to help them achieve their therapeutic goals

Tuesday-Friday: 3pm-4pm
And at SSFC:
Tuesday and Thursday: 2.30pm-3.30pm

If you feel weekly sessions would be more beneficial, please contact therapyservice@tvc.ac.uk and we will send you a referral form to complete. Once we have your information, we will decide which counsellor is best suited to meet your needs and then you will be invited to complete an in-person initial assessment. This is to gather even more information about you and your life so that we can create a plan to best help you. After that, your sessions will begin.
