All forms of absence must be reported to college by a parent/guardian.
Should your child be absent from college for any reason please let us know by telephoning the college on 01642 612611.
1. Appointments: please let us know in advance if possible.
2. Illness reporting: where possible please inform college by 8.45am, you can leave a message on the answer machine, stating child’s name, date of birth and reason for absence or speak to a member of reception staff. Please continue to report absence on a daily basis if they are off for more than one day.
3. For students who arrive late in to college following an appointment, they should report to main reception rather than using the student entrance.
