A new academic year at Stockton Sixth Form College begins in September, and we want you to feel prepared and confident well before your first day. This guide pulls together the key information for the year ahead, including when term starts and what to expect at enrolment. Whether you are continuing into Year 13 or beginning your studies with us, we look forward to welcoming you.
Key start dates
Year 13, returning students: Tuesday 1 September 2026
Year 12, new students: Wednesday 2 September 2026
All students in together: Thursday 3 September 2026
If you are joining a Compass or EHE programme, or a Level 2 course, your individual start date will arrive separately by post, so please do watch out for it.
We are posting enrolment packs out to families now, so keep an eye out for yours over the coming days. It contains all the details you need ahead of September. If your pack has not arrived by Friday 31 July, please let us know using the details below and we will arrange another one.
Enrolment begins on 20 August. Your personal date and time slot will be confirmed inside your pack, so simply note it down once it lands. The process is quick and welcoming, and staff will be there throughout to guide you and help with anything you need.
